Empower~ I ended this series with a couple of poppies to keep the dream going, and echinacea, that rooted booted powerhouse of prolific wholeness . . . I started echinacea from seed over a decade ago and it has run rampant in a pleasing way to butterflies (and us) through our gardens. It is a strong plant, I have divided big clumps by the roots and shared the divisions with friends, and the replants have picked right back up and continued growing. It holds power from root to stem to leave to cones; I make tincture out of the whole plant to promote wellness in our bodies and empower our immune systems and I find that with echinacea, less is more. So sit with echinacea as a plant ally, perhaps you too will feel empowered by this being.
