4 Small Batch Artisan Soap Bars for Saher
Since 1999, my artisan soaps are handcrafted in small batches during a lunar phase in relation to stellar constellations, between spring and late summer to early fall . . . which is when I can work outside in the fresh air with no ventilation worries and birdsong around me. Each batch of cold process soap is different based on the teas and oils I have infused as well as what flowers and findings are available from mandala making, flower art creations, meditative wanderings, or growing and calling to be added.
With organic coconut oil, organic unrefined shea and cocoa butters, homegrown herbal infused extra virgin olive oils, herbal tea, natural colourants, lightly scented, and adorned with dried flowers and leaves and finished with crystals, these bars are cleansing, nourishing, and beautiful; so you can bathe in beauty!
My handmade soaps are vegan, palm free, and cruelty free, containing no animal products. They are all natural, and nearly fully organic, with the exception of the lye, mica, and plants, which are gathered from no-spray, chemical free areas such as my garden or the woodlands where I reside. They do not contain parabens, phthalates, sulfates or artificial colors. When I do color I use herbs, spices, earth minerals, and herbal infusions. Likewise, when I do scent a batch, I use 100% pure organic essential oils or phthalate-free fragrance oils. These bars include mica between layers, which shows up very subtly.
Each bar of this cold process artisan soap weighs roughly 3 - 4 oz.
Do keep your bar in a well draining dish; you'll enjoy it longer this way. If you purchase more than one bar to use later, store your soaps in a cool, dry place where they keep well for upward of a year. Due to the small-batch, handmade nature of these creations, minor variations between bars will occur; no two slices are the same!
