This is a collection of eight mixed media visionary paintings made during the heart of covid and were my way of grappling with the socio-cultural feeedback and news that was airing, amongst other things.
It is a somewhat intuitive capture of a moment in the history of global humankind, the stories that were being told, as well as the emotions that came with.
The paintings are arranged in the order in which they were made, between 2020 and 2021, and you get them all. I think of them as reflective of a mythic narrative . . .
The sizes range from 8 inch x 8 inch, 9 inch x 12 inch, 11 inch x 14 inch, and 12 inch x 18 inch. They are all on cradled wood.
